We Do not issue Refunds. We do Accept Returns and will be happy to Issue Store Credit. You will be credited in the amount of your order total (shipping cost not included), or the cost of the item(s) you are returning. Items that are not worn, washed, or show signs of stains including deodorant may be returned with in 20 days of you receiving it and must be of original quality. Swimsuits, accessories, and sale items are Final Sale and may not be returned. Ynae Boutique will not issue store credit until we receive returned items. Please remember you are responsible for return shipping cost. In case your item is lost on its way back to us, You must obtain proof of postage (tracking number).
