Returns & Exchanges Policy

At YNAÉ B., each piece is curated with care and intention. While we hope you love your order, we understand that a return may sometimes be necessary. Please review our policy below.


Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
  • Swimwear and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please complete the form on our Contact Us page and include your order number along with the reason for return. Our client care team will provide next steps and return instructions.


Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to your original form of payment. Please allow 7–10 business days after your return is processed for funds to appear, depending on your financial institution.


Exchanges

If you wish to exchange for another size or style, please indicate this when submitting your return request. Exchanges are subject to availability.


Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your item reaches us safely. In the event your item is damaged or incorrect, YNAÉ B. will cover the cost of return shipping.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at Help@shoppynae.net or through our contact form. These cases will be prioritized for resolution.
