Returns & Exchanges Policy

At YNAÉ B., each piece is curated with care and intention. While we hope you love your order, we understand that a return may sometimes be necessary. Please review our policy below.


Eligibility

  • We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
  • For hygiene and quality reasons, swimwear and sale items are final sale. 

 

How to Start a Return

To start a return, simply reach out through our Contact Us form with your order number. Our client care team will guide you through the next steps.


Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to your original form of payment. Please allow 7–10 business days after your return is processed for funds to appear, depending on your financial institution.


Exchanges

If you wish to exchange for another size or style, please indicate this when submitting your return request. Exchanges are subject to availability.


Return Shipping

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll take care of the return shipping.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at Help@shoppynae.net or through our contact form. These cases will be prioritized for resolution.
